Industrial Exophysics Regulatory Commission

The Industrial Exophysics Regulatory Commission (IERC) is a treaty agency of The Coalition tasked with regulating exophysics for use in industrial applications, like the production of hyporine and exofluids, as well as the use and storage of galraite. The organisation was created by the Section 10 (Anomalous Materials) amendment to the Dimensional Security Accords, passed in 2173. The passing of the amendment enabled many anomalous materials to become practical for industrial applications for the first time, replacing the need for a restrictive Reality Manipulation License (RML) from Reality Control with a far simpler and less restrictive Anomalous Materials License (AML). While the IERC is by law an independent treaty agency, it is de facto overseen and controlled by Raven.
