Standing Kill Order

A Standing Kill Order (SKO) is a variation of a verdict issued by Raven Adjudication as a means to pre-authorise the termination of any member of an enemy organisation, across borders, without individual justification or recourse. Due to the weight it carries, Raven is required to obtain authorisation from the Coalition to acquire a SKO. The orders exist and are in place on a number of organisations, including the Anomaly Rights Coalition and the Obliteration Cult.
