Today at 1913 hours UTC, the automatic defence system at the northern entrance to the Sigma Unit was triggered by the airlock antechamber's Sentinel, terminating Dr. Christian Rosenberg, who was cleared to access the Unit. Neither Internal Security nor SIO possess any adverse intelligence on Dr. Rosenberg; her flagging appears to have been the result of the Sentinel detecting an infohazard on her person. It is unclear where this infohazard was physically located, but the leading theory is that it was presented in a conventional skin tattoo.

Internal Security has issued a recommendation for a deep infohazard sweep to be conducted in the near-most Descent areas to the Sigma Unit access corridor. It should be noted that neither the interdiction matrices nor the pattern detectors in the camera system triggered prior to the incident. Unit-side security has been instructed to leave the airlock's Sentinel in the automatic lockdown state until the conclusion of the sweep.

Human Resources have been instructed to prepare Form 114-671 for Formal Bereavement and Redress in Lieu of Burial procedures. Colleagues and family members will be notified forthwith under a cover story. The remains will be directed to Black Research for further origin analysis of the infohazard.
