Julius Simonsen

Julius Simonsen was an Internal Security Special Ops (Field) division agent who was part of Jude Maclean's squad. His brother, Kenneth Simonsen, died during the attack on the Wilhelm Schmitz Research Facility perpetrated by the Anomaly Rights Coalition (ARC). He was responsible for killing Victor Hartman, the traitor responsible for leaking classified information on the facility's security countermeasures to ARC, during his apprehension within the Strategic Intelligence Office (SIO) Groups of Interest Unit offices in an act of retribution.

Normally a level-headed and by-the-book agent, Julius' killing of Hartman was triggered after he was manipulated by another ARC mole who obtained the intelligence of his deceased brother and utilised it to pressure him into carrying out the act in order to prevent Hartman's memories from exposing ARC's methods. After the killing, Julius was brought before the High Council, and the decision was made to permanently end his employment at Raven. He was selectively mind-wiped, and later took up employment with a PMC.
