Line Operations Supervisor

A Line Operations Supervisor (LoS), or just supervisor, is a civilian management role at Raven, similar to a line manager in many corporations. A supervisor generally manages a team of 5-8 individuals, although it can be higher for departments such as the Raven Facility Protection Division and Logistics. During initial employee onboarding, a supervisor is the first to meet the new employee when they enter the facility, or secure section of the facility, i.e. The Descent.

They are responsible for the training and coaching of their subordinates, and are one of two individuals responsible for ensuring their wellbeing, alongside their psychological handler. They are also responsible for submitting detailed reports on employees to Internal Security, usually weekly, which identify any behavioural discrepancies from a managerial perspective.
