Sector E (Engineering & Technical) is a sector of The Descent at Black Mountain. Besides serving as the headquarters for Engineering and Technical Systems, it also acts as infrastructure hub for the entirety of Black Mountain, providing power, life support, and telecommunications for the facility, and houses the central Raven datacentres at classifications Gamma and below.
