The Quantum Internet is a quantum network designed to link quantum computers together. It is primarily used for research purposes, and is made up of several private networks owned by different organisations that have a stake in the technology, such as Metatron and Paradigm. Prominently, it is used to conduct research into dimensional physics using large-scale distributed compute infrastructure, and most Interdimensional Research Treaty Organisation (IRTO) facilities feature links to it. It was created in the late 2020s by Küiser Laboratories, after the company developed the first quantum networking technology. It is primarily established between facilities on Earth, but a laser relay allowed Mars to be connected in the early 2100s.

Users of the network require a Raven-granted Delta clearance, due to the potential for sensitive physics arithmetic and other scientific knowledge to be transferred over it. Organisations requesting access must be specially approved and issued RAC-based quantum encryption hardware that encrypts all traffic to and from the network.
