Kim Collins (born 21 Jun 2165), real name Rowan Morrison, is a Strategic Intelligence Office (SIO) field agent assigned to surveillance operations on Anomaly Rights Coalition cells in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an anthro coyote who underwent TransForm species replacement therapy. He has brown and light-brown fur, green eyes, and two distinctive ear piercings on his right side; he also has an implanted cybernetic computer and neural link port. Kim, raised near the SIO headquarters, Red Mountain, in Canberra, also sports a distinctive Australian accent.
Though almost losing his life to exophysical threats numerous times, Kim loves his job, to the point of often alienating his friends and his colleagues at the SIO. He's an adrenaline junkie and a believer in the mission, but after he becomes attached to someone he meets at a bar in a field op, he's forced to make a difficult choice.
