Dimensional Research Agreement

A dimensional research agreement (DRA) is an agreement between Raven and a non-treaty organisation, such as a private corporation, which allows it to conduct exophysics research. Members of such organisations must still be licensed appropriately with reality manipulation licenses (RMLs). DRAs are not required for state research organisations under the purview of the Interdimensional Research Treaty Organisation (IRTO). The requirement for DRAs was introduced by the Dimensional Security Accords as a result of numerous occurrences of negligence in research conducted by several megacorporations. DRAs are issued by Raven's Compliance & Legal division, not Reality Control, and are legally binding contracts.
