Anti-Fouling System

An Anti-Fouling System (AFS) or Anti-Glue System is a type of defensive system found on some classes of power armour, including military exosuits. The system involves a number of graviton projectors positioned behind all armour plates, with the intention of rendering offensive systems like glue traps ineffective in combat. The projectors create directional graviton fields, in two modes, which either continuously repel sticky substances, or can pulse with high power to "blast" all surrounding material away. An AFS can be thought of as a much more powerful variant of a personal defence shield.
