SIGMA UNIT SECURITY POLICY

1. Loitering is strictly prohibited; corridors must be kept clear at all times. If you have completed the task designated in your access request, you must immediately return to the entrance checkpoint and sign out of the Unit.
2. The Unit requires two-person integrity at all times. No single individual may remain alone anywhere in the Unit. If your escort leaves unexpectedly, you must immediately use a red emergency wall phone to contact Unit security and remain in place.
3. If you notice anything that looks out of place, or a colleague is behaving strangely or exhibiting poor judgement, use the silent alarm button on a red emergency call point to notify Unit security. Do not under any circumstances make the aforementioned colleague aware of this action. Remain with them until security arrives.
4. Do not touch structural surfaces, including the walls or ceiling, or the floor (with any limbs apart from your feet). This may trigger alarms or interfere with Unit security infrastructure.
5. Do not drop or leave any objects on Unit flooring.
6. Do not remove any Unit-provided sterile garments, including hoods, face masks, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, and boots.
7. Do not converse with any members of personnel who are unrelated to your work duties.
8. Do not physically contact any other members of personnel, including handshakes and back-pats.
9. Do not look at or touch any objects which are unrelated to your work duties.
10. Do not move or alter furniture, such as tables or chairs in offices or meeting rooms.
11. Do not stand in front of a camera or automated live-fire turret in such a way which blocks its field of view. This may trigger alarms.
12. Do not stand in front of an ECLSS (Environmental Control & Life Support Systems) vent, which is clearly marked, in such a way as to block it. This may trigger alarms.
13. Do not run unless it is an emergency.
14. Do not shout or raise your voice unnecessarily. Keep conversations to an unobtrusive level.
15. Eating is prohibited in non-residential sections.
16. Writing or otherwise scribing with any implement is prohibited unless in an excepted area.
17. Keep your Sigma badge clearly visible on your belt at all times. Lethal force is authorised against unidentified or noncompliant individuals. If you lose your badge, immediately lie down flat on the floor with your arms, legs, and other limbs spread.
18. Be prepared to present your badge and access request number (ARN) when requested by security patrols, as well as a summary of the current activity you are performing.

You will at a minimum be immediately evicted from the Unit on violation of any security policy, pending detention and interrogation procedures. Severe violations may result in disciplinary action, including summary clearance degradation or revocation.
