Jastebrac Temple

The Jastebrac Temple was a massive temple constructed almost entirely out of rock which lies beneath the Jastebrac mountain. Originally utilised by the Kruševac Order for vampiric rituals, it fell into the hands of its successor Anima 71, a cult funded by BioCorp, and the BioCorp facility Site 61 was constructed above the temple. One of the most striking features of the temple was its central Ritual Chamber, a circular room lined with one hundred slabs converging towards a central pit; originally, the cult's sacrifices would be shackled to the slabs and their arteries cut, allowing the blood to flow by gravity down into the central pit, filling it as the cults' members chanted ritual phrases. The same process was performed by Anima 71, utilising the same chamber, but with the clinical coldness of IVs and blood transfusion systems rather than crudely cutting open people and letting their blood flow.
