K7600 Rackmount Acid Mixer

The K7600 "Rackmount HPP Acid Mixer and Balancer" was a High Positive Pressure (HPP) Acid Mixer developed by Küiser Laboratories. With a 2U Industrial Rack Mount form factor, it could easily slot into existing equipment racks. Internally, it was built with complete redundancy in mind, with at least two channels for each module, eliminating single points of failure, as well as with hot-pluggable modules with quick disconnects for easy maintenance.

Components

A maximum of four front-hotpluggable KRCI modules
- Per module: two redundant fluid channels; Gen 2 multi-stage regenerator loop, miniature negative pressure suction generator, condenser and vent stack.
- Actually does the regeneration
A maximum of two rear-hotpluggable QFBMs (QFluid Balancing Modules)
- Per module: two fluid channels and a R-DAC serial telemetry port per channel
- Per module: two integrated pressure pumps
Two redundant PSUs (RPSUs)
- 2.0kW per PSU for a total peak load of 4.0kW
Integrated ZF-OP (Zirconium Fluoride & Osmium Polonium) and CF (Chromium Fluoride) fluid reservoirs, which store both regeneration catalysts
Low-noise passive ventilation and cooling
On-board monitoring and control system with a front panel LCD
