Sector E, the Industrial sector of the London Underground City, was a sector in the city that was originally used to house resource production facilities as well as a secondary nuclear power plant. It was rendered uninhabitable during the Knowledge War, when intentional damage to its structural supports partially collapsed the cavern roof, aerosolising a huge amount of asbestos insulation and breaching the reactor containment building.

Due to the intense radiation levels and the asbestos dust in the air the area is deemed uninhabitable by both Command and the Science Sector, but occasionally scavengers still venture out there in an attempt to salvage valulable materials and technology. Located behind the reactor building is the last known exit from the City not sealed, but it is essentially impossible to access due to the lethal radiation levels.
