Magnus Fjellstrøm was a prolific Swedish ice climber who invented the extreme sub-genre of the sport known as hooking. He was known for his uncompromising and thrill-seeking stance and always looked to push the boundaries of his sport. He died tragically in 2065 doing what he loved during his climb of the Parektjakka mountain; his captain slipped when he attempted to make an unprecedented vertical delta, and he fell to his demise on the rocks below.
