International Centre for Dimensional Research

The International Centre for Dimensional Research (ICDR) is the bureaucratic headquarters of the Interdimensional Research Treaty Organisation (IRTO). It is located opposite Black Mountain in Dunwich City. The building contains a mix of administrative facilities and scientific laboratories, but is not itself a bridge laboratory; the nearest is CamBRIDGE, located on the premises of the University of Cambridge.
