Entropic Decimation

Entropic decimation is an effect of the manifold distortion field created by high amounts of entropic radiation. The high dimensional bleed-through results in any affected matter being violently torn between multiple dimensions, with visual ghosting and shifting of visible wavelengths, creating a distinctive effect. Entropic decimation is used as an attack by powerful psionic anomalies, including Exon, as it poses lethal to affected individuals.
