The European Organisation for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, is the exophysics authority of the European Union and one of the largest scientific organisations in Europe. It is highly influential in humanity's history as the birthplace of bridge technology and true interdimensional travel, as well as the origin of both the Interdimensional Research Treaty Organisation (IRTO) and Raven.

It is headquartered at the CERN Campus in Meyrin, Geneva; which is also home to the Einstein-Rosen Complex, the world's first bridge laboratory and now one of the most cutting-edge in Europe.
