Avalon City

Avalon City is the capital of the Technocracy of Avalon, a technocratic, semi-socialist city-state. The city was built from the ruins of the city of Augusta, ME after its destruction by nuclear weapons in the Last Stand War. It makes up 95% of the sovereign landmass of Avalon.
