Dreams Intelligence
Dreams Intelligence is a clandestine research organisation led by Dr. Evan Grey that was initially created to investigate substratic technology at Küiser Laboratories. The organisation formed a military division known as the Dream Pump Corporation to exploit the technology just for its own defence. It is is considered an active threat by Raven, but has so far managed to evade capture; it is theorised that its headquarters reside in a pocket dimension.

History
Dreams Intelligence was first founded as the Deep Consciousness Intelligence (DCI) division of Küiser’s "Strategic Science" research unit, a research division that housed experiments too esoteric or theoretical to disclose to shareholders. It was initially tasked with investigating the true nature of consciousness through psychoanalytic experimentation through dream science combined with prototype first-generation dimensional bridge technology.
Shortly before the collapse of Küiser, the department stopped responding to communications and effectively went dark. It was not until many years later that it was discovered that Dr. Grey went rogue along with his colleagues, in part due to its realisation of Küiser's imminent collapse.
