A dimensional teleporter is a device that possesses the ability to transfer a mass between two different dimensional planes. Compared to bridge generators, teleporters are portable, lighter, more power efficient and more cost effective. However, their power scales linearly with dimensional proximity, and teleporters can only move along one dimensional axis, making them useful only for accessing nearby dimensions. As causing a dimensional incursion with a teleporter is near-impossible, they are much less regulated than bridge generators. They are used in pulsed phase array technology to rapidly transport the user between multiple nearby dimensions to avoid impacts.

Rather than relying on the process of galraite striking and routing that bridge generators rely on, teleporters make use of a much simpler method that involves lowering the manifold vacuum level in just the spatial area of the mass to be transported, effectively creating a small amount of localised manifold distortion that temporarily blurs the line between dimensions. The vacuum level is then driven back up, which results in the disappearance of the mass from its original dimension. There is no way to target this process, making it inherently imprecise.
