Teletube® was a pneumatic transport system originally developed by Nevrin for moving research personnel to and from underground installations such as the London Underground City. The system was later adopted by Küiser Laboratories as an emergency method for transporting personnel between Weather Run sites, but failed to gain much traction.

Capsules were pill-shaped, horizontally elongated, and large enough to fit two passengers, or one passenger with cargo, sitting down. After pneumatics pushed the capsule into the station, both the exterior transport pipe and the interior capsule doors would open. The passenger(s) would then assume an angled seating position and select a station from a panel, after which the doors would close and the capsule would depart.
