Elliot Morley

Elliot Morley was Research Director on Project Alderon and made the decision to continue the project in secret after Black Research made the decision to shut it down. He reported directly to Simon Grunwald, Senior Vice President of CORE Nanotech. He was executed with the rest of his research team by Calamity Mitigation during their assault on CORE Lexington South.
