Warp Relativistic Antimatter Propulsion (WRAP) is the highest-tier method of interstellar propulsion and allows spacecraft to travel faster than light by utilising a grid control system to alter universal constants as the vehicle moves. Due to the second maxim of exophysics, this only decreases the time required to travel to the destination, not the energy consumption; and, as such, truly ludicrous quantities of antimatter are necessary in such a system. Because assuming grid control over a manifold requires the manifolds to be distorted, the starting procedure for a WRAP drives involves the external irradiation of the entire craft, while it is empty, with entropic radiation produced by a cavity reactor; this also means a vehicle might be stranded in deep space if grid control is lost part-way through a journey, as the system cannot be restarted during flight.
