The Technocracy of Avalon is a technocratic, semi-socialist and partially closed city-state based around Avalon City, built from the ruins of Augusta, ME which was destroyed by nuclear weapons in the Last Stand War. It is a member of the West Coast Free States. It is unique for featuring its own Department of Anomalous Investigation, similar to the Department for Exophysics of the Thames Republic.
