Construction in Extreme Environments

Construction in Extreme Environments (CEE) is a unique nanobot-based construction system developed by Pacific Science & Industrial to establish bases and outposts in areas actively hostile to human life, such as deep-sea locations, exoplanets, and foreign dimensions. Unlike most consumer and industry-grade nanotechnology, CEE is unique in that it utilises highly regulated "privileged nanobots", which allows for the material destruction and relocation operations, letting the system harvest the surrounding environment for construction materials. It is often used by Raven, the Interdimensional Research Treaty Organisation (IRTO), and Paradigm.
