T-Space, known colloquially as “The Tunnels”, is a an abstract, extra-dimensional space that is used as a shortcut for travel between different dimensions, in order to avoid the crude, slow, and energy-consuming practice of crossing through every single dimension between the source and the destination by building bridge laboratories in every dimension in between. The cost of this crude method is linear, making T-Space the only viable way to access distant dimensions. It is the foundation on which modern bridge generators are built, with targeting computers performing the complex mathematical calculations in order to calculate the correct route through the space's infinitely branching tunnels. Taking a wrong turn results in the destabilisation of the bridge and its subsequent collapse, wasting the entry manifold and requiring the whole generation process to start over.

Due to the high amounts of fluctuations in the space, it is known to be highly unstable. T-Space can cause several problems for cross-dimensional travel, including random anomalies when two tunnels cross over and merge, causing unpredictable results for personnel traversing them; eddy currents created when many bridges are opened at once, interfering with all established tunnels that are in close proximity and threatening to destabilise them; and the unexpected opening of bridges, known as bridge anomalies. It is theorised T-Space might also be able to be used for cheap travel within the same dimension akin to wormholes, but this has not as of yet been proven.
