ARC Headquarters

The ARC Headquarters is the primary headquarters of the Anomaly Rights Coalition (ARC). Located in a natural cave system beneath the Laurentian Mountains, the base takes advantage of galraite crystal deposits to mask anomalies’ E-rad signatures from orbital Raven MINOS arrays. Its sheer depth also negates conventional scanning, and protects against attacks. There are no entrances or exits; ARC members are ferried in and out by anomalies who have practiced the ability to teleport. It is said to be the safest place for anomalies in the Solar System - ARC members call it “Home”.

The facility is built directly into the cavern with improvised materials, using the tunnels to its advantage. Unlike the headquarters of other organisations, ARC’s is haphazard and disordered, with distinctly punk aesthetics. ARC members sleep alongside each other in communal accommodation spaces featuring ergonomic bedding for all species. Energy is provided to the facility by a rotation of anomalies that absorb E-rad from the facility’s natural galraite crystals. Water is sourced from underground aquifers, and food is provided both from hydroponic farms and items teleported in from the outside.
