Black Terminal

The Black Terminal is a building-sized exophysical device capable of opening a high-bandwidth connection to the Null Driver in The Ether. It is operated by Raven, and located beneath a secret, completely isolated underground facility known as The Labyrinth.

Due to its critical role and catastrophic consequences if compromised, the Black Terminal receives equal if not greater protection to Black Mountain. The RAC-III keys required to authenticate to the Raven-built control equipment in the Ether designed to interface with the Null Driver are stored in Hardline cryptographic modules inside the Red Key Vault at Black Mountain's Sigma Unit, while their associated Reality Sigil sequences are kept inside the Labyrinth. These modules, in combination with the Key Vault Security Controller (KVSC), ensure only a unanimous verdict by High Council members combined with the cooperation of the inhabitants of the Labyrinth can result in the activation of the Null Driver. <-- 2026-05-03 15:38:50.168020+00:00 -->
