Plasma Breaching Device

A Plasma Breaching Device (PBD) is an offensive weapon designed to rapidly penetrate protected enclosures, such as vaults. It works by using a high impulse current fission battery to generate a directed plasma channel, vaporising any concrete or steel in its path. It is analogous to a significantly more powerful thermic lance.
