Voimaflex® is a thermoelectric material based on phonon-glass electron-crystals (PGECs) initially developed by Voima Tech Industries in the 2020s and released to the market in 2050. It was one of the very first successful PGEC-based thermoelectric materials on the market, and paved the way for highly compact energy generation systems such as fission batteries. Over the years, it has been continuously improved in efficiency as the material was refined.
