Ionospheric manipulation is a type of weather control technology that underpinned systems such as Küiser's Weather Run. The premise of the concept is the injection of an extremely high frequency RF signal into the ionosphere, resulting in modification of the charge of electrons and the creation of storms. It was purported to be useful as both a way to prevent droughts in the face of the impending Climate Crisis and also harnessed as a weapon of war.

Downsides of the technology included the high power requirements, the inability to use it to dispel existing storms, and the creation of electromagnetic disturbances. Some even theorise high-powered ionospheric manipulation could result in reality manifold distortion through vacuum decay, but this claim is highly disputed in the scientific community.
