Oceanic City

An oceanic city, also known as a floating city or sea city, is an artificial settlement which is built entirely offshore, utilising floating structures, fixed structures, or a combination of both. Oceanic cities have become widely prevalent on Earth since the advent of the Climate Crisis, due to the flooding of coastal cities. The city of London is partially oceanic, and the largest oceanic city on Earth is Shore City, located in Oregon, West Coast Free States.
