Department for Rebuilding

The Department for Rebuilding (DfR) was a Thames Republic government department established after the London Revolution for the purpose of coordinating efforts to reconstruct the parts of the city destroyed in the war. It was primarily citizen-driven, with almost all Londoners participating in the rebuilding efforts. After accomplishing its wartime-related goals, efforts were focused on repairing damage from the Climate Crisis and building improved flood defences, as well as the exoradiological cleanup of the Southern Exclusion Zone in cooperation with the Department for Exophysics (DfE).
