Helios Defence/Special Weapon Laboratories

Special Weapon Laboratories (SWL) was a highly classified division of Helios Defence that attempted to develop exophysical weapons like the EB-1 EFB during the mid-late 21st century. As part of the company's surrender post-London Revolution, SWL was dissolved and CERN took custody of its anomalous materials, including galraite. The remaining two EFBs were later destroyed under the supervision of delegates from six countries, including France, Germany, Russia, China, and the newly-independent Scotland, Republic of Wales, and Thames Republic.
