Graviton Projector
A graviton projector is a device that creates an artificial gravity field. Originally developed by Metatron in the mid-2200s for the exophysics applications, it now sees uses in many different industries as a tool. Graviton projectors are efficient at a small scale, but scale poorly due to their linear energy consumption, making centrifugal gravity generators the better choice for aerospace.
A graviton projector generates effective gravitons by utilising powerful superconducting magnets and a tuned RF cavity. It uses the principles of string theory to exploit gravity through electromagnetism. A projector behaves much like a high-powered lamp; it converts energy into gravitons at a high efficiency, which are radiated at the speed of light. It is impossible to break the laws of thermodynamics by generating an artificial gravity field; any energy input is equal or greater than the work performed by the gravitational field.
