Solomon Silicon Limited (SSL) is a semiconductor fab headquartered in Brisbane, Australia. It is the third-largest semiconductor manufacturer on Earth, running closely behind CORE Foundries and the Indian Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ISMC). With multiple facilities in every state, its revenue makes up a staggering 11% of Australia’s present-day GDP; it is the second-largest private corporation to operate in Australia, surpassed only by Nullabor Mining. Solomon is now the exclusive supplier of optical computing hardware to Sakura Cybernetics since the corporation declined to renew their contract with CORE Foundries.
